Delivery and fulfilment
ZAID Technologies provides digital products and services. There are no physical goods or physical shipping requirements for the offerings described here.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically through the delivery method stated for the product. For example, QuoteFlow is currently distributed as a direct Android APK from the ZAID Technologies website. A successful download makes the current release available immediately through the website; installation and use remain subject to the device and product requirements.
Zaid Connect
Zaid Connect is a web application. Its public website currently states that online subscription activation and payment are not available. Where paid access is later enabled, access instructions or account entitlement will be delivered electronically after successful payment and authorization.
Business services
Business websites, business systems, profiles, and other separately agreed services are delivered according to the scope and timeline agreed with the customer before work begins. The expected milestones or completion date will be communicated as part of that engagement.
Delivery problems
If a customer has paid for a digital product or service and cannot access the promised delivery, contact hello@zaidtechnologies.co.za with the relevant product, payment date, and contact details so the issue can be investigated.
Questions about payment
Payment availability and commercial activation are subject to the applicable product authorization. Public pricing does not by itself mean that online payment is currently enabled.
